Contracts

Real Estate Lease
Lease relations are governed by both contract and law. Entering into a lease agreement carries legal, tax, and financial implications. Purchase and Sale
We provide legal advice and full support in the purchase and sale of property in Ukraine and abroad, including apartments, houses, real estate complexes, corporate assets, and property recorded on company balance sheets. Engaging a lawyer ensures that every step is taken in the Client’s best interests — drafting and negotiating sale terms, mitigating risks, and ensuring proper performance.
Residential Complexes
Acquiring housing within residential complexes involves specific legal regulations and a range of risks associated with apartment ownership and use of the building as a whole. Disputes often arise over building management, the rights and obligations of condominium members, utility payments, and management fees. In some cases, construction is delayed, and ownership rights are not transferred as promised.
Investment Protection
We advise private investors on investments in Ukrainian real estate, businesses, and financial assets. Our role is to ensure legal clarity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk control at every stage. We protect the investor’s interests during both planning and dispute resolution.

Contracts
We draft tailored contracts that ensure security for our Clients and support the achievement of their business objectives. We review contracts prepared by third-party advisors or counterparties and provide legal assistance with enforcement, termination, invalidation, amendments, recovery of payments, and compensation for damages.
Legal Opinions
We provide independent legal opinions (“Second Opinion”) on complex legal issues and the Client’s legal position. The Client may submit up to 500 pages of documentation prepared by other legal advisors, counterparties, or authorities (including litigation files, criminal proceedings, or pre-litigation correspondence). Our opinion delivers an objective assessment of the issue, verification of the chosen strategy, analysis of actions already taken, and recommendations for further steps—including guidance on court proceedings. The service delivery timeframe for a “Second Opinion” is from 7 days.
Representation
On the basis of a power of attorney, we represent Clients in dealings with government authorities, companies, individuals, commercial counterparties, shareholders, and opponents in conflicts. The scope of authority is defined by agreement, and all instructions are executed consistently and exclusively in the Client’s best interests.
Litigation
We assist Clients in preventing and resolving disputes. At the pre-trial stage, we assess risks, develop a defense strategy, and take measures for settlement. If resolution cannot be achieved amicably, we provide full-scale representation before all courts in Ukraine as well as foreign jurisdictions. Our focus is on minimizing the Client’s resources spent on disputes and delivering practical, effective solutions aligned with long-term goals.
Consulting
We provide oral and written legal consultations on legislative requirements and conflict resolution in various areas. Our goal is to anticipate legal and financial consequences, prevent violations of the Client’s rights and interests, strengthen legal positions in a timely manner, and assess the potential for dispute resolution between conflicting parties.
Legal Audit (Due Diligence)
We conduct comprehensive legal audits (Due Diligence) to identify risks associated with actions that may have legal or financial consequences for the Client. This service is typically engaged at the decision-making stage of entering into contracts, acquiring shares in a company’s capital, granting or receiving loans, managing funds, or purchasing/obtaining control over an existing business. We perform thorough checks of counterparties, review the history and legal status of property, individuals, and companies, and provide risk assessments.
Legal Expertise
We arrange legal-scientific expertise on Ukrainian and foreign law in cooperation with our specialists and leading academic institutions in Ukraine. Such expertise has official significance; expert opinions may be submitted to state authorities, national courts, and foreign courts to support the Client’s position or to interpret legal regulation.
Arbitration
We represent Clients in cross-border commercial and investment disputes under the rules of leading arbitral institutions. Our services cover the full arbitration cycle: drafting arbitration clauses, filing claims, ensuring delivery of correspondence to counterparties, managing proceedings, preparing and submitting statements of case and applications, obtaining arbitral awards, and enforcing them in foreign jurisdictions.
