Ukrainian Court Opens Enforcement Proceedings for ICAC Award in Dispute with Energoatom

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has opened proceedings on a Slovak company’s application to recognise and enforce an ICAC award against Ukraine’s state nuclear energy company Energoatom.
