The Kyiv Court of Appeal recognised and authorised enforcement of a USD 1.38 million French-seated ad hoc arbitration award against YEVROSVIET LLC, rejecting objections concerning arbitrability, the authority of the sole arbitrator, validity of the arbitration agreement, notice, authentication and Ukrainian public policy.
